Join Stefan Charidge — The Metaphor Man — for an experiential online webinar exploring chair work through the lens of the four core emotions and The Penny Model.
Chair work is a powerful form of projection work. It can help us explore unfinished business, hidden parts of the self, limiting beliefs, and what may be missing in a client’s story.
This session will look at how chair work can be used without needing two physical chairs, making it easier to use online, over the phone, or in situations where traditional chair work may feel awkward.
The webinar is suitable for therapists, counsellors, trainees, supervisors and practitioners interested in Gestalt therapy, experiential work, emotional literacy and practical therapeutic tools.
