Grief Work — Through The Lens Of The Penny Model
An exploration of grief and its glue.
Grief is a universal human experience, but it doesn’t always move in the way we expect. Sometimes parts of the experience remain unfinished, unspoken or difficult to process, leaving us feeling stuck.
In this webinar, Stefan Charidge explores grief through the lens of The Penny Model, using the four core emotions to help make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface.
We’ll explore how fear, anger, sadness and joy can each play a part in grief, and look at what can become the “glue” that keeps aspects of grief stuck.
The session will offer a compassionate, practical way of thinking about grief — not simply as something to “move on” from, but as an experience that may need to be named, owned, expressed, witnessed and integrated.
